Refunds & Cancellations

Current checkout status

KTM Rent does not currently accept bookings, deposits, or payments on this website. Future rental cancellations and refunds will be displayed before checkout and will distinguish platform fees, owner terms, deposits, and completed services. Do not send money based only on an email claiming to be KTM Rent.

Billing questions

For a billing or cancellation question, email contact@ktmrent.com and include the purchaser name, transaction date, and a non-sensitive transaction reference. Never email a full card number, bank credential, password, or identity document.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable rights under applicable law. Any future checkout will identify the seller, currency, price, recurring terms if any, and the policy that applies before payment.
